The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The first time the shipper did not show. The shipment was rescheduled. The second time they did show up but didn't have the required equipment to lift the pallet, even though it clearly stated on the order that a life gate was required for both pick up and delivery. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.

Most Disappointing use of a carrier to date. Shipment was handed off to third party carrier, and that carrier was apathetic and in no way timely, helpful or understanding. Shipment arrive severely late. Deeply impacted our business operations. Will never use either carrier again. Will seek further options to recover cost of shipment and dsmages.

We have used YRC before, and unfortunately had a less than ideal experience. We gave it a sexond attempt, unfortunately our previous experience was relived
