A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The vendor was not available, she was unresponsive to communication, we tried so hard, Shannon was very patient and understanding. It is sad that we were unable to pick up her shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Siima Transport worked extremely hard to get this shipment- however they ran in to issues w/ both bad weather and a vendor who never made herself available at the times they requested to pick up the shipment. The vendor also went days without any response when contacted to determine what times vendor would be available. Siima did a great job of keeping me informed of everything that was going on with the situation and they felt truly bad that they were unable to complete the shipment although it

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The carrier was unable to pick up the designated piece as the seller closed unexpectedly and indefinitely due to COVID- Carrier was willing to pick shipment up immediately but seller was not available. Carrier stayed in constant contact so they would be able to pick up once given the go-ahead and they were very professional. I will definitely use them once the piece is available to be shipped.
