After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider They are having mechanical problems with their van and I need a definite reliable shipper who can deliver in this tight time line.

Chairs arrived having a strong odor of marijuana. Customer insisted on return and refund. Stupidly I'd already paid Dalton. Dalton begged me to not write a bad review, and agreed to return chairs to us at no additional charge. This was 3 months ago! Repeated excuses and delays and now no response to my texts. Worst experience I've had in 10 years of using u shippers. Terrible and totally unprofessional
