The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I was very clear on the message I could do it if the customer came up on the price. I explained that no one can take a 18,000 pound load for 1800 after fees. Especially staying in California. I was very clear in that. But he claims he never got a message at all. Which I'm pretty sure he got the message if he for the bid. We are all adults READ the messages you get. Good luck with the low ball offer

Tom was very difficult to deal with. As soon as the job was delivered he was no where to be found. Wouldn't answer phone calls, emails or call me back. When I did finally get a hold of him he would hang up on me or tell me he was too busy to worry about paying us. I had to call him everyday for two weeks to get this resolved. Not happy with the way we were treated when we completed our job on time with no issues. Would be very hesitant to do work for Tom again. Buyer beware. Brent Abacus Truck

Tom was wonderful to work with and accommodating to our delivery schedule. It can't be said enough for a customer to wake up in the middle of the night to open the gate for delivery. I'm sure that was not easy. Can't thank you enough so we could get to our next pickup on time. Hope we can do business again.
