The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it the listed shipment says the boat is 7.5 feet wide however it is actually 9'11" wide requiring permits ...customer wants the boat delivered before permits can be issued. we cannot service customer due to legality of permits in the time frame the customer wants the boat.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment When I arrived to pick up the boat, the driveway was icy and slippery. The driveway was also steep and short with a sharp turn. The customers assistant had previously cleared the driveway, but there were still patches of ice. I hooked up to the boat to try to move it anyways. The tires of the trailer have frozen to the ground and I could not break it free. I communicated all of this by phone to the customer as he was not present, just his assistant.
