I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The phone number that he has listed on uship is not in service. I have emailed him asking when he will be willing to pick up the shipment he agreed to weeks ago, and he has not responded. At this point I'm not comfortable giving valuable pieces to this shipper as he is nonresponsive.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Leroy was very responsive during the quoting process, and after we moved forward with the quote he completely stopped responding. We tried texting, calling, and emailing him.
