I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The phone number that he has listed on uship is not in service. I have emailed him asking when he will be willing to pick up the shipment he agreed to weeks ago, and he has not responded. At this point I'm not comfortable giving valuable pieces to this shipper as he is nonresponsive.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was great! We're needing to cancel because damage was done to the piece on our end and the delivery is needing to get pushed back to fix.
