The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper agreed to pick up the shipment Monday 6/7, I was told by the pickup location that shipper did not show up. Pickup location said shipper advised them they will pickup Tuesday 6/8. Again no pickup, I tried to contact the shipper all week via both text and call with no response. Checked with pickup location Friday 6/11 and they confirmed no pickup had been made again tried to contact shipper and number is 'no longer in service'. I'm very understanding and have worked with many shippers,
