The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The date that the service provider was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, he did not show. Not only did he not show up. When I was able to reach him by phone he had no idea the shipment had booked. This service provider is terrible. He didn't answer his phone or return emails for the two days prior to pick up. Service provider offered to have another service pick it up on a later date and then transfer the car to him. Then he would finally bring it to me. No thanks! I have zero fait

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Not ok with using my truck to tow his truck. I think it should be vice versa

the agreement was for me to drive this truck. guess I didn't make it clear for the price of delivery I would be towing my transportation to continue on
