Excellent service!
Jay picked up and delivered the bike as we agreed, and undoubtedly prevented shipping damage by un-crating the bike (which had been crated by some folks at an auto dealership who had not used proper tie-down points) and secured it safely in his enclosed trailer for prompt delivery in pristine condition. Highly recommend this shipper, especially for delivery to residential neighborhoods.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Do NOT use this shipper! They took my money, promising to pick up my motorcycle within by 12/1/2008 and deliver it by 12/6/2008. Instead, they never picked up the bike, failed to answer their phone or e-mails; worst possible outcome, please save yourself the time and trouble. It is now 3 weeks later, I have no motorcycle, and am out $400... This company is a fraud, I will be suing them and reporting to the Better Business Bureau; don't make my mistake, DO NOT USE LOCAL AUTO DIRECT!
