The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Transporter said he had “2 trucks ready to roll” then the next day, yes next day (less than 12 hours later) said he couldn’t pickup since a truck broke down. Not sure what happened to his second truck, but seems like he simply overbooked or changed his mind. I can not recommend this company. This “truck broke” excuse is abused by this company.
