The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Driver was flaky, he was unable to provide a pickup day or timeframe and was unable to respect the timeframe he gave. The business was misrepresented as being serious and professional but they are not. There was no communication about delays or service failures. If you need your item shipped professionally, this is not the company. If you are working on a timeframe and need a service provider to respect that timeframe, this is not the company for you. Don't Make the same mistake
