Heide was very easy to work with and had all of her paperwork in order when we picked up Koda. Koda was well taken care of, packed and ready to go when we arrived. Heide communicates well and made sure to be on time for pickup and delivery. I would recommend Heide and Koda to anyone needing a reference and feel that they are the ideal clients. My feedback is two fold. I hadn't dealt with a broker before so this was all new. I gave specific instructions to the driver, to put the tractor in a garage with a door. It is a three car garage with one open bay and I didn't want that tractor out in open and for that, I'm upset. I wasn't called to be informed that there was a change in the plan. I didn't have any communication with the driver. While Dennis Brown did their job as broker to set this up. Too many people involved.

Lewis is awesome. I'm sorry to say, he had to deal with problems with my trailer. But. His can do attitude saved the day! From CA to MN, I got texts to let me know where he was. Would highly recommend him to others. Friendly, funny, knows his stuff, great truck and well kept up. I can't say enough good stuff about him. My trailer made it to MN and for that I am so thankful. Well done!!

Door to door service, picked up early, clean crate and van for Koda, clean water and bowls, very nice and friendly. Koda went right into his new crate with no problems. He settled in quickly and with ease. He left here and I felt no concern for his drive to Oregon from California. Amber was great, very professional and courteous. Would use again! And I am a repeat customer so if there is another dog to transport, I will definately keep you in mind!
