I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No Communication since shipment booked. Communicated with Seller prior to accepting offer. Once booked, the shipper went MIA. The person supervising on the pick-up end called shipper 4 times and was not called back. I called MG Transport twice. I sent an email to MG Transport. No response after 30 hours. Since the shipment was booked, the shipper has not communicated. I am not sure why MG Tranport stopped communicating but the EBAY seller on this transaction was fed up with the non-respon

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Significant misjudgenent it load size and weight despite ample photos and indication in description that items were heavy due to wood construction. Cancellation occurred on day of pick-up at pick-up location. Driver was polite, professional and on-time.

Excellent to work with. Careful, reliable, thoughtful movers with clear reliable communication. Went above and beyond my expectations. Even helped my college age daughter as she was spackling holes on move-out. Everything happened on schedule with careful Handling and thoughtful loading and unloading. Would definitely use again.

Friendly efficient service. Pick-up and delivery was faster than promised. Vehicle delivered in great condition. Pick-up communication was too close to pick-up time (45 minutes) for me to get back from holiday dinner away from home but driver rescheduled for next morning. Communication was very good at delivery.
