After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer accepted my terms and conditions when accepting my bid. But when contacted directly, He chose he was not going to meet those terms

Requested 50% payment to be emailed immediatley on acceptance of booking, which indeed was stated in his terms of reference. My bad; I didn't read the fine print! I offered to Fedex a draft for the 50% at my expense to the Government office where the shipment is to be picked up, so he would have his money before loading, and I would be guaranteed that a carrier would actually show up. I was advised that unless the money was emailed in advance that I should cancel, I followed that advice and did.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Service provider has not: Responded to voice mail or email. Service provider has not picked up the shipment on time as specified Service provider has not contacted the shipper as requested

I think this was for ten crates of US Military tents last year? If my memory is correct, the service and comminication was excellent; the driver helped load the crates to our vehicle and was cheerful and competent.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider requested 50% payment in advance by email. I am not comfortable with this and offered to send the payment to the Government office where the shipment is to be loaded so that he would receive his 50% before he loaded out. He rejected this offer and suggested that I cancel and relist

SUPERLATIVE COMMUNICATION. OUR DRIVER THAT RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT WAS IMPRESSED BY THE SPEED, EFFICIENCY AND POSITIVE ATTTUDE DISPLAYED BY THE CARRIER. hIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WOULD USE AGAIN.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper wished a credit card number before the freight was even picked up. Our policy is to never pay before a service has been rendered.

As per the bid the customer accepted, it shows we do not accept release code payments. Release code payments conflict with a 3pl/freight broker and are not possible.

pallets need to be secured and wrapped prior to truck picking up-this place had nothing wrapped and secured when the driver got there
