A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This service provider canceled after scheduling for pick up. My client on the other end is very unhappy, not professional service at all!I need a full refund at once.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I been trying to contact this Service Provider for 4 days in a row by email ,phone number and he has not responded However he left me a positive feedback saying " sorry we missed each other, I am out of area, USHIP has your deposit" As I understand he is not goign to provide the service after he is been booked to do so, and his lack of professionalism leaves me wondering if he is providing his services or not! In the mean while I have a client on the other end waiting for her shipment, Service p Response from tbaute: I posted messages letting client know that I was going to be out of area soon. When we finally made contact unfortunately I was gone.

It was not a good experience, We had to wait weeks before he sent a third party to pick up the sideboard in a SUV. We had to mail this service provider a check to his address in Chicago because he didnt accept PAYPAL, and the last thing wrong was calling our client to inform him that he had the piece but couldn't deliver waiting for payment,making us look like unprofessional, Our client called us upset wanting to cancel the sell! Wont use Jrecords50 again! Response from Jrecords50: Hi Modiglianis, we are sad to see that you were not happy with our services. 1) Per our uship agreement it clearly states that we do not accept pay pal. 2) You had to mail a check to our company so we could get paid. 3) Our driver are expected to get paid in full at delivery of any outstanding balance which you did not have payment ready either before or at delivery so we held the item until we received payment. That is our policy and we explained that before you accepted our bid.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After booking with the service provider I learned he was arriving late that night to my city to pick up a couple of things and leaving the same night, which created a problem for me to have my shipment ready for him since I keep everything at a Public Storage Facility with operating hours of 8:30am to 5:30 pm. After explaining this problem to the service provider over the phone, he agreed to call me if he stayed overnight and picking up the stuff next morning. Service provider never called or an Response from Bimjob: We misunderstood each other as far as the timing of pickup was concerned.
