Sent Driver to PU cars on date requested by cust. Arrived close to auction close time, but still had time to get cars. Mr. Struble didnt provide release paperwork and by the time he got the numbers (which were incorrect)to us,the auct. closed.. Had to line up another truck..Carrier's trailer had light problems which caused a 1 day delay. Still no release until a couple of hours b4 pick up ..His wife finally sent them over..This shipment would have been smooth if he would have provided releases. Response from James S.: You don't show up at a window at close, and expect salvage direct to load your car.its not my problem her lights did not work and that it took a day or so to fix them they should have been their in the morning like they said they would i have records of phone calls days be for to them with no returns i truly be leave they were having a bad day i would say we both are in training on how things should work in the car shipping end

B/S STORY ON PICK UP NOT ONE TIME BUT TWICE COST ME STORAGE ON 2 CARS, THE 2ND DRIVER TOLD ME SHE HAD TRAILER LIGHT PROBLEMS COULD NOT PICK UP TILL NEXT DAY. SHIPNATS TOLD ME ROAD RUNNER SALVAGE DIRECT WOULD NOT GIVE HER THE CARS BECAUSE SHE WAS LATE AND PAPER WORK WAS IN COMPLETE,. CLOSE TO THE SAME STORY THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME 4 DAYS BEFORE, I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO EATER YOU CAN OR CANT LET THE CUSTOMER DECIDE I WAS LEAD ON STORY AFTER STORY, CALL AFTER CALLS WAITING ALL DAY FOR RETURN CALL.
