Ron did a great job. When he ran into problems with the pick-up, (my fault not his) he used his initative and resolved them. His wanting payment on a milestone basis threw me for a bit, but given a 3000 mile delivery, it makes sense for both the transporter who get paid for his performance, and the shipper who isn't faced with a huge bill before the shipment leaves. I would have prefered phone over texting but that worked too. Would I use him again? Absolutely. Good job well done.
