Piano was delivered damaged, multiple areas where the finish was seriously chipped and cracked due to the carrier not having the proper equipment and piano not being stored correctly in truck. Initially Mr. Simmons was very apologetic and helpful. Making arrangements for a repair company to come in and give a damage estimate. We were assured us he would take care of repairs. Mr. Simmons will not return our calls or calls from the repair company. It has been almost 4 months with no resolution.
