I'm being generous with the positive rating. Communication was very good. The machine was transported ok. BUT, the ONLY stipulation I made was "DO NOT PICK UP OR DELIVER ON SUNDAY". The machine was picked up late SUNDAY morning 05/18/2008 and delivered after 10:00 PM SUNDAY night. A friend of mine accepted the delivery and is storing it for me. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE EXPECTS TO MAKE A DELIVERY AT THAT HOUR? I WOULD HAVE REFUSED ACCEPTANCE UNTIL AFTER 7:00 AM THE NEXT DAY.

Driver called pick up and drop off contacts Saturday. Both said Sunday was fine. Owner of tractor (in California) was not aware of these calls. Most customer actually welcome a weekend and/or late delivery.

Excellent does not describe the service of this man. In addition to offering a very fair price for the job,he provided regular updates on the shipment, both before picking it up, while intransit, and upon delivery. I STRONGLY recommend him and would use him again in a heart beat myself. YOU SHOULD TOO!

Terrell is a good man who does what he says he will. If you want a shipper whom you can track minute by minute he may be to busy on the road to provide that. I was very satisifed whith his service.
