Larry was great to work with ( even if his handle IS "whiner" ) and was flexible around my personal schedule! ALSO, very understanding when I could not find my written directions off the site OR get online again to access them! Found them once we reached his house, of course! Extremely happy with Barb. The item was well taken care of and arrived in good shape. I was very happy with her communication in letting me know the delivery date, and her progress while in route from California to Montana. Barb is just a wonderful and trustworthy person to work with.
