A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Mike and Dianne were great..kept me informed the whole way and did everything I asked with our plane..white glove treatment all the way and would definitely use again

These people were amazing with my pup..she had never been around anyone but me and my husband and they nurtured her all the way to the delivery..I highly reccommend them to anyone and would defineatly use them again..my pup was very shy and scared and they took excellent care of her..the buyer also reports good feedback of the care and politeness of the group..thank you so much Jennie and family for your kindness to me, my pup and the buyer

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a conflict in scheduling and we could not come to terms on how to deal with the problem so we both agreed to cancel the shipment

Shipper wanted me to spend hours and an extra night at a motel so we could spend hours getting to know each other and her puppy and then she would decide the next day IF she wanted us to deliver her puppy??? Just ridiculous and I stated that I was not comfortable with this and it would delay me and suggested we just cancel
