The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The initial conversation I had with this company made me feel that they could execute this shipment. Then there was zero communication. They didn't pick the item up when they said they would and they did not return calls or text messages. Then, they called me back. They said they had the issue resolved and they would be picking it up on Tuesday 3/30/21. Never called, never texted, never emailed. Did not show up. He apologized and acted like he was determined to make it right and pick it up today
