The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I am very glad you ship allows both sides of the story to be told I near I haven't had a single problem with the single customer the entire time I've been doing this I clearly always state my time frames and I'm deathly not immature enough to lie about someone being belligerent on the phone clearly Who the shipper never wrote down the schedule I gave to him I just asked all my other clients on this route and they receive my text stating my schedule about going to Denver and everyone of them co

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it When I first excepted this bid from Jim I clearly stated to him that I had a delivery across the country to Denver I don't him from Denver I will be driving to Ohio from Ohio I will drop in to Kentucky and pick up his first load transport it to Massachusetts driver Massachusetts to pick up another load of his in New Jersey and transported to Missouri I was clear on the timeframe unfortunately in the transportation business breakdowns do occur in in our business I did not want to end this way I

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Jim had contact me last night and asked if I could pickup and deliver by Tuesday. I said that would be no issue and I assumed that he had checked my Uship profile. I am a broker and I hold my word when I book a shipment. Customer called me this morning and was concerned that I was not the driver. When I called him back a short time later to say that we were confirmed for pickup and delivery he said that his shipper booked someone else. I did my best to hold my end of the deal. Paul @ Evans

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider did not keep the agreed upon schedule Never picked up, was not honest with updates or the ability to provide the service. Instead of bad news early, bad news constantly came late, and promised times were missed. Became belligerent on the phone, "told me to find someone else to move "my *&^(".

this is certainly not the way this happened. when i left for this route i clearly sent messages to all my clients on the timeframes. Jim expected me to be in New Jersey 6 hours after my Denver drop 9they are 2300 miles apart. also when you travel 12,000 miles a month repairs do happen and the fact they only kept my truck down 14 hours was amazing , thank you to the guys in Kansas who went out of their way to get me back up and running. long story short , things do happen,

pick up times again were set to no break downs or needs. i will not break speed limits ,or render myself and others unsafe on the road. the expectation was from him to be from Denver to Stanton New jersey in 6 hours ,this is a 2300 mile trip. each time when i leave for a drop i text each of my clients with approximate dates and times.,this wasn't good enough ,he would call 3-4 times a day while i was driving and expect me to answer , again i do not break laws and i will not answer my cell

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was under the impression I booked with an owner/operator,and thus delivery request was guaranteed. This is not the case and I have found an owner/operator that can move the freight exceeding my original delivery expectation.

Jim had sent me a message during the bid process asking if this item could be picked up and delivered within 3-5 days total. I told him that would be no problem and he accepted my bid. Jim called me the next morning and promptly canceled our booking despite the fact that I had a driver set to pickup and deliver his shipment in the alotted time. My profile states that I am a freight broker and I do not appreciate being jerked around. All of my info is there. Please read before accepting the bid!
