The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider did not keep the agreed upon schedule Never picked up, was not honest with updates or the ability to provide the service. Instead of bad news early, bad news constantly came late, and promised times were missed. Became belligerent on the phone, "told me to find someone else to move "my *&^(". Response from PriorityPartners: this is certainly not the way this happened.
when i left for this route i clearly sent messages to all my clients on the timeframes.
Jim expected me to be in New Jersey 6 hours after my Denver drop 9they are 2300 miles apart.
also when you travel 12,000 miles a month repairs do happen and the fact they only kept my truck down 14 hours was amazing , thank you to the guys in Kansas who went out of their way to get me back up and running.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service Provider did not meet the agreed upon pickups for two jobs, multiple break downs and was dishonest in his updates of when the schedule could be restored. Told me to "find someone else to transport my "&*%Y"

i will not break speed limits ,or render myself and others unsafe on the road.
the expectation was from him to be from Denver to Stanton New jersey in 6 hours ,this is a 2300 mile trip.
each time when i leave for a drop i text each of my clients with approximate dates and times.,this wasn't good enough ,he would call 3-4 times a day while i was driving and expect me to answer , again i do not break laws and i will not answer my cell

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was under the impression I booked with an owner/operator,and thus delivery request was guaranteed. This is not the case and I have found an owner/operator that can move the freight exceeding my original delivery expectation. Response from PaulmEvans: Jim had sent me a message during the bid process asking if this item could be picked up and delivered within 3-5 days total. I told him that would be no problem and he accepted my bid. Jim called me the next morning and promptly canceled our booking despite the fact that I had a driver set to pickup and deliver his shipment in the alotted time. My profile states that I am a freight broker and I do not appreciate being jerked around. All of my info is there. Please read before accepting the bid!
