I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. i have tried to collect item but no one was home after several failed attempts to contact her by phone i still have no word so i would like to cancel it now also i am at a loos of abput 6 quid fuel

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The agreed date for collection was not met due to the driver getting into a car accident and I clearly said I wasn't available in the country the following weekend (the weekend they came for collection)
