The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Hindman Auction House has multiple locations and the buyer thought his item was in Chicago. In reality the item is in Cincinnati. Please know Todd and I worked well on communicating with one another and confusion was at Auction house. No fault to either party.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to reach the moving company several times via email and have never gotten a response. Additionally, their phone number listed on this site does not work at all, it's unreachable.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We have hired AK Transport but despite calls and emails they have not responded nor come pick our item up at the estimate times. They were supposed to come mid December 2021, and it's January 20th, 2022 today.
