The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier was scheduled to pick up Wednesday morning March 27. Carrier was unresponsive for 48 hours thereafter and on March 29 confirmed they will be picking up. Was informed just now that he will not be able to make the pick up and will not be able to perform this shipment at all.
