BEWARE!!! This shipper is extremely cheap!!! In fact I think I saw her on extreme cheapskates!!! paid $160!!!!!!!! For a heavy rug from Florida and expected next day delivery. Enough said!!!

Very bad experience with Cardoza. Gave driver 4 weeks to deliver rug from FL to MO and it took him 8 weeks, many unanswered phone calls, e-mails, and texts, and much inconvenience for me. I paid 200 + 24.99 on 10-30-16. On 12-21-16 I was credited the 24.99 uShip service charge. On 12-26-16 I was credited 124 for my trouble. On 12-23-16, Cardoza told me via text that he wouldn't charge me at all if the delivery was not made by 4:30pm on 12-23-16, which it wasn't so I should get 76 more credit.

We are an extremely busy carrier during normal times of the year and this was during the holidays and we were running late on some shipments. We actually tried to deliver this shipment twice but the building wouldn't allow us to do it. It had a very strict policy for deliveries which made it extremely difficult to make this delivery. The staff at uShip and ourselves took the appropriate measures to make this right with this customer. In the end we delivered this shipment on Christmas Eve.

Phyllis, Mike and Ron were terrific! Kept me updated as to where my item was in transport and delivered a securely wrapped fragile mirror in perfect condition and on time. I highly recommend them!
