They were late on pickup 5 hrs, had problems contacting shipper. Only 1 person arrived to pickup piano and had broken moving equipment that made it difficult to move the piano. Delivery to the destination was days late and again no communications. Driver requested that I print out a copy of "my" view of the shipment info saying that "My view had more info" so I did and removed the "Pay Code" from the print out. When I gave it to him he asked if the receiving party had pay code. Not ethical.

We're very sad too see a negative given EXTRA CARE & safety the driver took too ensure the move outside & down 5 steps then transport 1500 miles unload move back inside UP 3/5 DOORWAY STEPS using our roll out ramp :
