The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The carrier preoveedor or MC number has not to issue a Bill of Leading to transport team leader will be exported to Mexico.

I'm not exactly sure what you said but I did have a bill of lading the issue here was I did not have an MC number at the time and Alfredo or Uship did not tell me this tractor was intending to go to Mexico for its final destination so an MC number was required. Also he never responded to any of my emails or calls untill I sent him a cancelation request one week later.
