I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Mrs. Kim Gatehouse, due to the illnes of the driver who has come down with the flu and is assigned to ship your motorcycle, he is unable to complete the pickup and delivery of your property. As a result we are commencing the refunding process of your money on tuesday morning and citing the driver for this mishap. We advise you to contact another shipper. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver inititially indocated he would be there on Friday by 5pm, then I contacted him and that was changed to Sunday between 8am-9am. The driver contacted me at 9:10am Sunday to indicate he did not have the cnlosed trailer as agreed and that he could use an open trailer or deliver pick up and deliver the next day. I told him I would contact the buyer and let him know, I called him back and said an open trailer was agreeable and he said "management" had cancelled the order and would refund
