A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Person at collection point only available at a limited time slot one or two days a week. Been unable to get prompt replies on days when collection point claims to be avialable

Prompt and well managed service at a competitive price. Delivery of a very heavy mattress to my daughters first floor flat. It arrived safely and at the time stated.would use again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Its almost a month since I accepted the quote but the courier has only contacted me once by email and not communicated with me to arrange collection and delivery. I am sorry to have to cancel but the people I purchased from needed the item collected within 30 days.
