The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped There was a little miscommunication because of the driver which told he can haul it, but the truck was no big enough. The customer already found a way to ship it. Nothing against him. Things didn't work out.

Tony was fantastic to work for! When there were issues witg tge seller at pick up, he got riggt on the phone from hundreds of miles away and resolved it within MINUTES! The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider (Broker) scheduled pick up with a driver for Friday Oct 20th with a delivery date of Monday Oct 23rd. Service provider (Broker) had a driver show up and was unable to load freight due to his truck not being able to accommodate the load. The service provider (Broker) was not able to reschedule a pick up within the timeframe we were needing the item delivered. Thanks- Tony Fisher
