Shurland was a pleasure to work with. My shipment involved picking items up from a seller in Providence and bringing them to a third floor walk-up in Cambridge. On the day of the delivery, it happened that the city had blocked off my one-way street! Shurland handled it extremely well and took a side street and backed his van right up to my door. He and his associate handled the items very carefully and were both cordial and pleasant throughout the delivery. Thanks for a job well-done!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am requesting a cancellation because the pick-up location was not open due to a severe snow storm so the shipper was unable to pick up the item. Please note, this is not IN ANY WAY the fault of the shipper. I would like to provide positive feedback regarding the shipper. Please kindly let me know how to do this.

Darren is a consummate professional if there ever was one. He is hard-working, dependable, smart, and sincere. He drove through 4 states and took 3 ferries to bring me an heirloom teak dining room set. I was concerned about "hiring someone from the internet" do the move. But Darren has been a pro mover for over 20 yrs and he knows how it's done. The set was pad + shrink wrapped and then carried with care. All arrived safely and in perfect condition. If you are lucky enough to get him, book him!
