Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Your p/u date was after 10/31 your cancelling before your vehicle is ready to be picked up. You will be charged a cancellation fee for that from our company. You misrepresented your shipment. The vehicle you listed is NOT a cargo van so you tried to get your van moved for 1/2 price using wrong info. We tried to help you anyway and posted it for $1300 on the board & never asked for more. We are a liscensed broker who posts to the board where ALL auto transport transactions are carried out.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The booking agent never confirmed a pickup date ... So instead of waiting on maybe/if there will be a truck available to transport the van back to New Mexico. I will pick it up myself, fly out and drive it back.. Not happy with being quoted a price and later learning, that the price quoted was bogus and that it went to a trucking board for bidding ... something illegal about the whole process.
