A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This customer was neurotic about needing to reach us on the phone since we did have to reschedule. We feel bad that we were set to pickup at the agreed time and since he could not reach us by phone felt it necessary to cancel and write slanderous remarks. We will refund his deposit as soon as we return home and get to our bank. Customer must provide state routing number and account number for return of wire transfer
