I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We were not able to contact customer representative after 3 hour waiting for him in storage facility. Shipment was checked as picked up by mistake the gentleman was very nice I was hoping to service him

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Just spoke with customer yesterday and everything was set and a go. Feel like there should be some sort of competition as everything was set and this is really a last minute cancellation and I feel like this was a made up reason for canceling the shipment and now I am going to have to try to make up this space of this shipment last min to make up for lost income
