The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Versprochene Abholzeit wurde nicht eingehalten. Paket wurde nie abgeholt. Ich habe Verständnis für Ausnahmen aber er hat sich nicht gemeldet, weshalb ich mich wöchentlich melden müsste. Es kamen immer nur Ausreden. Wenn man keine Kapazität hat, muss man das kommunizieren und den Auftrag nicht wochenlang liegen lassen. Enttäuschend.
