Response from Kirt S.: Scooter was delivered after midnight and placed in my driveway. No issues with this but when I looked it over in the daylight I found the splash/ leg guard broken at the bottom and a blinker and mirror damaged. This is unacceptable. These parts are not cheap nor readily available. What actions can I take to rectify the damages?
