Chad was an excellent guy to work with. Although he & his wife were expecting their first child, he made it a point to provide me a contact that was every bit as pleasant and reliable as he had been. I picked this item up at Manheim on weekend terms, and the info given to me to acquire the gate pass and thus hook to the boat were both flawless in nature. It was indeed a pleasure to work for Chad & Tom at Stillwater marine. These guys are a real class-act!!!!! Thanks once again!!!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time worst experience i have had on u ship will not pick up the phone and was two days late on pick up
