A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I tried to cancel before leaving Chicago but was unsuccessful. I would have loved to deliver this desk but had to leave Chicago early. Also I emailed customer last night but no response.

Shipper was polite, and contacts were good. I just wish he didn't cancel, it cost me several days of delay to get the desk delivered to my customer, which (in turn) cost me money.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper accepted my offer, and scheduled a pick-up for the next day. I thought we were set and everything arranged. I cancelled my plans so I would be available to hand over the desk. However, the shipper contacted me in the morning cancelling the planned pick-up. He stated a conflict, and he had to leave Chicago early. He appears to have bypassed our agreement for a more lucrative opportunity. He certainly could have waited to leave Chicago in the morning, but left early.
