The drivers forgot to bring 6 large glass doors from the cabinets they moved, and now it will cost me another $275 to have them re-shipped. They promised to call me many times, but never did, and took no responsibility for their mistake. They somehow blame me for what they forgot.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The delivery location was not for the correct city when entered in, should have been Laurel MD.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello, the shipper never picked up my item, though making multiple promises to do so. All the deadlines have past,and he won't respond to my phone calls or texts. Most disturbing, he hung up on me earlier today when he realized who I was. I have always been polite to this carrier, but now he has crossed the line. My customer is now VERY upset, and I will need to find a better driver with integrity, honesty, and that sticks to their promises.
