Michael and Chris were both fun to work with! The wall unit was unassembled and ready for pick up when we arrived and Chris made sure we had all the pieces. Communication was excellent and Michael sent us pictures as to how the wall unit was to look when reassembled. He was very easy to contact until the delivery was completed. His customer was available when we arrived and the wall unit looked fabulous in her new home. We would love to work with them again in the future!

Great communication, timing and service on my end. Per my customer who it was delivered to:" Jaime and the crew were great - kind and profewsional. They put the cases together (4 antique wood glass modules) took the time to show me how the stops worked. and offered to place the cases in their new home.

OUTSTANDING!!! I've shipped many times on UShip and always been happy. This particular shipment required assembly of a multiple piece wall / shelving unit. I received several bids. RGraphx was the only response that addressed the request and clarified that they had the experience and would take the care to do it well. I sell mid century furniture online and usually include freight with the sale. I need to make sure the rate is reasonable and service superb. They delivered both superbly!!!
