Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Response from Jason B.: I understand that the car was not operational at the time of initial pick up and accept that was my fault; the car was operational when I last saw it so I did not know, but I should have made sure. The issue is afterwards when I would send a message for an update over 2 weeks and heard nothing. I was trying to work with you since the car initially did not start and that's on me, but not responding to emails or phone calls for over 2 weeks is poor business and why I cancelled.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The company has extremely poor communication. I have given a total of 2 weeks to get an update on the situation and have still not heard anything either via email or phone call. I am having to pay for storage because this company has not picked up my vehicle and will not answer either email or phone calls.
