Alessandra was great. This shipment could have been a disaster. RBauction had a 3 day waiting to load. Alessadra and her dirver kept me informed. They even found out the we still had an openning at the Jacksonville Port when we had given up. They really save the day. We made the ship. It save me a lot and my reputation.
I will most definitely used their sarvice as often as I have bussiness. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give a 10+. They were prompt, reasonable in price, kept me informed. Great.
