A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Truck broke

Customer was difficult to get a hold of, would not answer phone calls and would only respond by emails. Customer was informed of a delay in shipping due to an issue with the driver so we sent an enclosed trailer for the inconvenience caused. Customer acted like a child, threatened lawsuits and threatened not to pay for transport at which point the customer was advised he would not receive his vehicle.

Easy to work with.. I had a minor breakdown and customer was very understanding about the situation which I am very thankful for

Delivery was quick and he took great care of my dog. He is very easier to communicate with and keeps you upto date. I would use him anytime to deliver my dogs.

I wasnt hard to contact. I have numerous text from dispatcher. I cant talk on my cell during the day as I am at work like most people are. Dispatcher lied about the delivery of my vehicle. He initially told me Monday then text and told me the second drivers truck has broken down so the car would be delivered on Wednesday. Well little did he know that the second driver upon picking up the vehicle to my friend that he would deliver the car on Wednesday not Monday as the dispatcher had stated. Response from SGTAutoTransport: Wesley, we have the dispatch order available for your review if you would like it. We do not lie, that's not how we run our business. The original truck did not break down. We had an issue with that driver so we sent a new one who stated he would be there Monday/Tuesday at the latest (also available for your review per the dispatch sheet)
