provided us with the best service imaginable! Hiring someone to pick up valuable machine in Acapulco, Mexico and transport it to Mexico city is scary thing to start with. But this guys did an amazing job! We encountered some unpredicted circumstances on pick up location and honestly without Mario I’m not sure that we would have it resolved, he acted not just as a driver but as translator and representative of our company, he really cared and was with us till we resolved all the problems! Thanks!

What an amazing experience! His truck is amazing you need to see it when he comes to pickup a delivery, so well thought out never seen anything like it! As for the service that was top notch as well, great communication and delivered just as agreed in perfect condition!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They were late every single day, I had someone waiting for them to pick it up. A week later he says they dont provide this service. Do not use this service completely unreliable. Response from ProVisionLogistics: Roadrunner doesn't have equipment in the area to do residential pick ups we just found out at noon 9/14/2015. I have been trying to see if they will have a box truck available, however the Roadrunner agent is not wanting to agree to a time line. The next available carrier to provide service is more expensive and I want to allow Eric the opportunity to rebid this to the market.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Sent numerous emails and they still have not picked up shipment will go with another provider Response from 1stClassShipping: Customer never sent back our two forms we sent him. We tried contacting him twice. We guess customer did not want to pay for shipment.
