The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer accepted pickup dates on listing as we posted, yes we did tell him 17th was a possibility but much before he actually accepted our bid for the 19th being the earliest pickup. As explained our routes change and we commit to our clients on a first booked first served policy, but our bid clearly was accepted to accommodate earliest pickup as 5/19 an unfortunate miscommunication is gladly accepted. Response from Paul W.: Per your email before I excepted your bid you had stated that you would pick the car up on Sunday, I then excepted the bid and after emailing and calling you a number of times you did not bother to contact me until Sunday afternoon to tell me that you were not picking up until Tuesday. Schedules were changed to accommodate the pickup. Don't say one thing to get people to except a bid and turnaround and do something else. It is obvious per you cancellations that you do this often.

This fellow was great to deal with promptly answered phone, assisted in off loading and was an all around nice guy. Id haul for him again anytime

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment after i booked the shipment thru the book it now option. i made contact with the customer he informed me that the shipment was in new york to md which the listing said md to md...the customer informed me`that he was accepeting another bid the same time i was booking it now..thanks rich

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider is not able to pick up when I was told too, many delays.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was told that they could deliver on Sunday 5/17. After leaving several messages,texts and emails they called Sunday at 10:57 to say that they could not pick up until Tuesday 5/19. If they could not have picked it up they should have contacted me so the pick up location would know and would not have taken the day off.
