APA, Justin, delivered my 2005 Yamaha R6 on the day it was scheduled, the bike was damaged when it fell over in the bed of his truck. He provided me with an insurance policy, that later turned out to be fake. He initially said that he would just pay for the damages after an estimate was completed. Then he decided to just buy the bike. My mistake, I trusted him. I have held the bike for 6 weeks for him. He communicated until the date he was supposed to pay for it and pick it up. Nothing since.
