A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Although I provided courier with FULL address details, he said that he could collect and was flexible with collection dates. He then contacted me to say he didnt have the address!I then sent several emails without a response, and sent a text recently after not hearing for nearly a month, threatening to contact the police for keeping my items. He then told me that he hadn't even collected them! Didnt even bother to let me know.
