I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. i HAVE EMAILED THE CUSTOMER 4 times in 3 days and no contact. We don't have time to chase people. NO MONEY HAS BEEN EXCHANGED NO CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE. Best regards. Quality Freight Services LTD

No addresses supplied at time of making booking, had to phone several times on the morning it was to be collected whilst sitting at Motorway services outside Edinburgh for a whole hour, just to get the collection address, so, yes, I was quite angry at the waste of time, which meant I had quite a rush later in the day to get other collections made in England.
